Trade advice

I was offered a trade Jamaal Charles and Colston for Matt Ryan. Do you all think I should pull the trigger?  If it helps to know this, this is a standard scoring, auction keeper league.

RB - Andre Brown
RB - Mikel Leshoure

K - Rob Bironas
Def - Philadelphia

That's a tough one. Your team looks like it could use some running backs and you already have a fantasy stud in RG3 so I would at least consider it. Trading Colston could leave you a little thin at receiver. My gut says don't do it.
