Don't feel bad bucny, those two times last year were against GB and NO, the 30th and 32nd ranked passing defenses.

Then you asked why it did that and he said your knee cap sucks. You then said you just ran a long distance and were tired, you also were diabetic and were likely dehydrated. The doctor then said nope, they have nothing to do with it. Your knee cap just sucks. So he gave you a new knee cap and low and behold nothing changed. So the doctor said sorry, guess all those other things did matter and you probably were better off with the original knee cap.
1-12.  Can't really do any worse.

By "roasting" do you perhaps mean making yourself look like an idiot?

Everyone dubbed Alex Smith a bust, look at him now.

Everyone dubbed Eli Manning a bust, look at him now.

The problem with you fans down in Tampa is that you're too impatient. Championships aren't built overnight. Give the kid a chance in this new scheme and Sullivan, and watch him improve.

We're asking Freeman to perform consistently when his career has been mired in chaos. We have to give him until the end of next season, yes next season, with this same staff before we can make any real judgements.

You can like that fact or not, but it's the truth. He needs two years of consistency before we'll know who he is.

Freeman gets the rest of season by default.. I think in that time he is capable of proving to us hes a solid starting QB.

Yes, we're asking him to be an NFL quarterback.

Another awful fact that Josh Freeman has passed for more than 2 TDs only twice in his career.

He did so in his first start, and against the Seahawks where he passed for 5 TDs.

Let's ignore the elite QBs like Brady, Rodgers, Manning.

Andy Dalton has already passed for 3 TDs 3 times in his short career. Awful Mark Sanchez has done it 6 times. Flacco 8. Ryan Fitzpatrick has already done it 3 times this season.

Freeman actually doesn't have terrible stats when it comes to passer rating and YPA though. His lack of yards just comes from the fact that he doesn't throw often enough, and if he is throwing often, that means he's checking down. There's not too many games where he's had a ton of checkdowns and deep passes together.

I don't Eli was ever a bust, he made the playoffs his 1st whole year starting. He also had an idiot offensive coordinator who had him throw the football 557 times while they had Barber in the backfield.

Sounds a lot like Freeman doesn't it. Minus the playoff. But had a chance stolen due to a bs call.

His 4th season he started 0-2 :P, but anyways I hope Freeman can pick it up but it may be the end of the Freeman era.
