I fell asleep for the most of the game and was wondering how Meridith (I think that's his name) and Dotson did.

Freeman has improved and I was wrong about him.

145 rushing yards and 1 TD. And they gave up one Sack. Which was on Dotson.

Team averaged over 20 yards per pass attempt and 5+ yards a carry? Any other questions?

I didn't notice Meredith so that probably means he did ok.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

I know our run game picked up in the second half but they have had a tough time getting it established this year. If they were able to run the ball the way Schiano wants to the offense would really take off.

Only O'line penalty I remember was on Zuttah. We were so-so run blocking early, but after we softened them up with several deep passes, the run started to open up.

Freeman doesn't throw those bombs without good protection.

So Dotson has given up 2 sacks now in what 3  games?   maybe he isn't as good in pass pro as we thought.

Still probably better than Trueblood though which doesn't say much. Our o line isn't much to brag about when it comes down to it. They won't win you a game or lose you one but they don't do anything very good either. They have been much better this year than last year though. I'll give them that.

I like Dotson as a backup swing  OT.  Still think we should draft a RT early.  If Dotson can beat him out then so be it.

Offensive line played awesome. Penn and Nicks were doing work on the left side.

I think RT, DE, and CB are the biggest needs on this team right now. Somehow I think Freeman keeps his job this year and is the starter next year. So I think those are the positions we address early. Or I hope to see addressed early.

I thought the OLine did a fantastic job today. Dotson has been quite good. Meredith certainly wasnt bad today. Lets see where it goes. I expect Dotson and Meredith to both get better as the games continue. FYI.. Freeman is the least sacked QB in the league if I read that right somewhere.

Felt like the OL was very good today. The pocket was much more stout with Meridith and I think he may have found himself a home for the rest of the season.

Dotson is a damn good RT, he gave up the sack but didn't really allow any pressure at all the rest of the time. He has been a major upgrade in pass pro.

They did a much better job today of having Freeman roll out of the pocket than in past games. The only time Freeman really had any pressure was a couple of times when he didn't step up in the pocket. I thought the o-line played very well. Nicks was a mauler out there on some of the running plays.

I was also pretty impressed with Teo' Whateverhisnameis (#50) on the d-line. He was all over the place. Gibson was quick off the ball, too. I don't even think McCoy made the stat sheet at all.
