I guess the economy magically got better in Tampa within a couple of weeks, and people started having less things to do around the area.

Who knows maybe the Tampa fans think this will be a good game. Its also the throwback game. It seems we usually get more fans out for that one. Just being positive here lol.

Having gone to the last three Saints games at RayJay, the likelihood that Saints fan isn't filling the stadium is very low

yep, Saints fans have made this possible. Id be willing to guess almost half the stadium will be Saints fans.
