The California school says that this unsettling practice had gone on for "five or six years" before the administration learned of it.

That's the problem right there.

You got parents and schools that don't know what's going on with the kids these days.

Oh give me a break.  How is the administration supposed to know that there is a "slut league" going on unless someone happens to talk?   Or the parents either for that matter.   And you act like kids haven't been getting away with stuff forever.
