The Warriors start the season 15-7, coming off a win against the heat. I'm interested on how this team finishes.

Not NBA but Brad Stevens is awesome. Butler just upset #1 Indiana.

I wonder if the Magic already regret not trading Howard to the Nets for Lopez, Humphries, etc. and picks?

They damn well should.

Nets fire Avery Johnson.

They may have jumped the gun on this one but on the other hand Avery's system doesn't fit deron and joes play together

Mike Brown is getting in the way of the talent he has. You have to run the offense through Nash, end of story. I know Kobe likes the ball in his hands, but I figured when they traded for Nash they first approached Kobe to make sure he was cool with his slightly different role. Guess not. They might as well trade Nash if this is how they are going to use him, it will never work.

They have been using Kobe as the assist guy the last week or so.....and it looks like its working.

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

I enjoyed watching LeBron punk that scrub from the Nets.

And it's good to see Kobe has finally learned to pass the ball a little.

Vucevic is turning into a damn fine player,  IMO he'll surpass Lopez as a player in the next season or two. I think Hennigan got it right.

Yeah they had some success with it. I wish Howard didn't get hurt again, I wanted to see how many games Kobe could go before reverting back to his old style of play.

Could be.

Do you remember - was it three or four 1st rounders with Lopez and Humphries?

Afflalo, IMO, is better suited to be a second or maybe even a high quality third option. He's doing the best he can but I just don't think he's cut out to be the main scoring threat in an offense. I think he's young enough and talented enough to be a solid part to our rebuilding project, so I hope they don't trade him this season or next to shed salary.
