That's interesting Irish. They always sound pretty serious about doing it but maybe it is all talk.

It's all talk in my view, I don't see any team willing to come over this side of the Atlantic and set up a team and I guarantee you if anyone did it would fail miserably.

If London can continuously sell out shows like Phantom of the Opera for years, why cant they sell out the NFL?

It's a sport, people won't just go, "oh there's a London team, I'm going to stop supporting the Bucs/Patriots/Giants etc" and start supporting the London Jaguars, it doesn't work like that. People showed today that in a one sided game they will leave quickyl. Expansion teams tend to start the first few years poorly, the fans wouldn't turn up when they lose several games in a row (not to mention that the fad itself will wear off quickly)

Sorry what did I do that was racist? Was it comparing Shahid Khan to Borat? If so, that isn't really racism and I doubt I'm the only one to have said that!

Its a highly gay population over there. I think they like going to plays, operas,  Elton John, Boy George, and George Michael concerts before watching an NFL game.

I'm not sure about the number of gays.   But I do think there are quite a few hot chicks there in London.   (Although I do believe many of them are tourists).
