We're putting all the pressure on our DB's with 1 on 1 coverage so that our lbs can blitz but its not even working, its giving rivers just enough time to throw against our blow average db core playing 1 on 1 and getting burned every play.

You appear to be under the impression the Bucs are the only team in the NFL to direct snap to someone other than the QB.  They are not.  The play call was fine.  Ware gets the first down easily if he catches the ball.  He didn't.

I'm under the impression that the play call was unnecessary. The play call was putting players in positions they are not typically asked to do. In that situation the play call was not all that bright. You can make the "execution" claim on any given play. There was no reason to resort to that type of playcall. The offense was under no particular stress by the defense and a standard dump off to the same player would have made more sense.

You're being absurd.  Asking a RB to catch the ball isn't putting him in a position that he isn't normally asked to do.  He didn't catch it cleanly.  It happens, even to WR's who get paid to catch balls cleanly.
