Schiano is a perfect fit for the Bucs. He has none of the flaws of our last three HCs, and all of the attributes.

I couldn't have put it any better

I thought Lovie said he wanted quickness & speed, even at the QB position?

6-4 ... Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Greg Schiano)
6-4 ... Indianapolis Colts (Chuck Pagano)
4-6 ... Miami Dolphins (Joe Philbin)
3-6-1 ... St. Louis Rams (Jeff Fisher)
3-7 ... Oakland Raiders (Dennis Allen)
1-9 ... Jacksonville Jaguars (Mike Mularkey)
1-9 ... Kansas City Chiefs (Romeo Crennel)

Wow, good to reflect on. A lot of Bucs fans wanted Jeff Fisher really badly in the beginning of the season too.

Before I knew Schiano was a candidate, I would have been OK with Fisher, but favored Marty as a short time solution. I am more than happy the way things turned out. Pagano really hasn't been involved that much, and the other teams have too many holes to fill. The Bucs are fortunate to have more talent and great leadership.

Not me!!!! Wanted Arians. I remember arriving at work and hearing on Sirius that Schiano was the guy. Was immediately intrigued... texted MC to see what he knew about him.

Many didn't have a clue who Schiano was, even though his team played USF every season.
