As much a Buc homer as I am, Blackmon deserves this one hands down. He's playing in a terrible Jaguars offense and explodes with 200+ yards receiving on 7 catches and a TD. I'll vote twice, the Buc Homer in me gives one to Doug but the realist that's buried gives another to Blackmon.
