in you're world, nothing is ridiculous about it. I'll wait till th evidence is laid out and the legal process plays out before judging but this has to suck for everyone involved.

In this day and age, sometimes you have to really think about the situation you're putting yourself into. It's an unusual request to ask the car next to you to turn down the music while you pump your gas. People today are not like they were years ago. Many people have no respect and no concern about anyone other than themselves. I'm sure they guy got an unpleasant response which is exactly what I would expect if I were him. He felt threatened and emptied his clip into a car full of people. It's going to be hard to justify this one. He should have pumped his gas and moved on. Not saying it's right or wrong for the other car to listen to music loud in the parking lot but you have to weigh your decisions now a days. Many nut jobs out there, this guy was one of them apparently, looking for a fight.

Don't have all the details, but few thoughts:

1.  Alcohol involved on shooters end
2.  Why ask to turn music down?  Seriously, can't wait a few minutes in the parking lot and deal with it?
3.  If going to drive away, then why not just do so without firing 8 shots into a car?
4.  How endangered was the guy if he was in a running car?
4.  People/teens should learn to keep their mouths shut and ignore idiots who open theirs.

Depends if some rude **CENSORED** is blaring his music while he's parked next to you or not.    Here's a message for any idiots out there.   If you are parked and around other people, you turn down your music.   When you get back on the road driving, you can turn it up again.
