Louisville and NIU are going to get poleaxed.

NIU will probably lose, but it will be close.  They might even win.  Florida Stat's home field advantage will surely help FSU as well.

Yeah, you were pretty wrong. You obviously had no clue of how bad NIU would matchup against all BCS teams (save, maybe, Louisville).

The game wasn't even as close as the final score indicated. NIU is not anywhere near the quality of the deserving BCS crashers of the past (Boise, Utah come to mind)..........they looked more like Hawaii back when they were demolished by UGA. At least they helped further expose the farce that is the BCS.

Happy to see FSU get this matchup to secure a BCS win (hell, it was secured before kickoff). Their program badly needed it.

that game lastnight proved that NIU should NEVER have been allowed in. our OL is very mediocre and we looked like worldbeaters blocking them. the only thing that stopped  our drives was dropped passes and a fumble. they had to rely on trickeration to keep it close in the first half.  their offense was rated in the top 20 and we utterly shut them down lastnight.

im dissappointed we got stuck with them but im glad that we gave them a 21pt beating and sent them back to the kids table

Head coach knows what he's doing. I watched them play USF a couple of seasons ago and that was one of the most organized teams that I've ever seen.  You think Coach S is "toes on the line" - Strong's team on the sidelines looks like a battalion formation on the sidelines. He's totally in control. I've always like his style as a coach.

i was shocked at how well louisville played. UF pulled a complete FSU and blew a game they should never have lost. they looked overly comfident at the start and panicked when they got punched in the mouth. Louisville executed their offense very well and florida made too many mistakes on 3rd down. if im louisville im going to enjoy this win but the writing is on the wall that every school looking for a coach is going to come after charlie strong and put the full court press on.
