1. Why am I on a "watched" list for months now?

2. Is Java banned yet?

Good for you guys. There was a lot of stuff being said by bad posters that really didn't look good for PR. A certain poster in a previous gameday thread wishing players would die really didn't look good. Kudos for finally swinging the hammer. Hopefully just having that threat now will keep a lot of people in check.

balance....against what....rational discussion? 

that statement is comedic on its face....the guy's entire existence is built around posting inflammatory comments on a MB 25/8/366....that's balance!

You are right if your are talking pre 2009.

Since then he has added nothing and under no concept could he be considered a mainstay. He has been a troll which is clearly against the rules.

Thanks for the update.

I've stayed away from the nonsense (and have not renewed my subscription on principal due to these **CENSORED**nozzles)   

I'm taking the wait and see...   PR provides a good service and if you guys are cleaning this place up and manage it in the future, you'll have my renewal.
