1/2 the stadium were Eagle fans.   Gruden put a dagger in their hearts in that NFC Championship game.   Of course they booed.

Somewhat true. There were others.

Gruden can draw a crowd, no problem with that, but I believe a lot of Tampa fans expected to see a win, particularly against the floundering eagles team.

Sorry, but thats Bull spit.  Take it from someone at the game.  And a lrage number of people were yelling "Gruuuuuu"...  Just like they yelled "Truuuuth" for Karl Williams.   Several of the long time fans around me were among the people yelling "Gruuu".
