BARBER BLAMES SECONDARY FOR SUNDAY'S LOSS

(1/2) > >>

PewterReportMC:
Veteran free safety Ronde Barber was visibly frustrated when discussing the Buccaneers' 23-21 loss to the Eagles following the game on Sunday. Barber carefully explained exactly why he thought Tampa Bay lost and where the problems lie as the Bucs have lost three straight games.

dbucfan:
Agree with Ronde- the dbackfield was bad.  Now - should some blame be set aside for Freeman... I am thinking yes.

Benchwarmer#1:
Freeman is to blame for the first half, no doubt. But those guys let Foles, of all players, beat them like a ragdoll.

No excuse.

Timbuc2:
The entire Defensive Scheme is crap! The middle of the field was wide open all day and has been all year.

This is the NFL and I don't know where this D philosophy came from but it needs to be scrapped next year.

Tampa Bay Todd:
Why no grade of F? Far too kind with a D minus.

utbuc:
The blame is not on free he did his job and gave them the lead in the forth quarter this game is all on the secondary

jerseybucsfan:
Did Free run out the clock when given the chance? No. Hardly without blame.

utbuc:
If freeman does not throw 2 tds they would not have even been in the game he ran the plays that was called

No.

That task was placed squarely in the hands of Dougie Martin.
