Hardly. Just going by your standards. Freeman is twice the QB Sanchez is.

Sanchez should've been able to deal with Tebow as backup. Evidently he's not able to overcome someone peeking over his shoulder, judging by his bad season.


BTW. I'd be ok with tebow here as a permanent backup. Nice try though.

People just assume by his size that he can play another position.... i'm not buying that, not at the NFL level.

Someone needs to pickup all of the empty cups and trash littered throughout the stands after games....that is a system I am very confident he could adjust to.

I don't understand how many people think he's so innocent in all of this. He is half the problem with the constant circus around him. You didn't see Dan-O hold a press conference the day he was signed did you? You don't constantly hear Dan-O talking about playing time etc. Tebow is a nice guy, apparently, but he realizes his football life is short and takes all the attention he can get to "build his brand" and convert his NFL experience into some after.

All my friends here in NY ripped me apart when I said something similar. It all seems a little staged or faked. The best thing about Tebowing is that picture of that super hot naked chick Tebowing.

So being "guilty" is wanting to improve your brand and marketability?

Tebow is...something.  But the guy isn't a QB.  He isn't long and athletic enough to play TE, IMO, and he is too tall to play FB (does that make sense?).  But one thing is for certain:  he goes to Tampa, and they sell that stadium out.  Blackoutproblem resolved.

Maybe he would make for a great punter?
