By Seattle the greatest in Super Bowl history?  Was listening to Mike & Mike this morning and they were saying it was...no mention of the Bucs.  They did say it was more impressive than Baltimore's 2000 since that was against Kerry Collins and not Peyton Manning and the league is more offensive friendly now.  They also mentioned the 85 Bears.  Still no mention of the Bucs, who destroyed the #1 I offense in the league that year and had 5 picks..

Ours was better IMO.

The raiders did score more than 8 points but let's be honest Manning was lobbing up lame ducks all night. Gannon didn't have that problem.

Plus it was all dink and dunk.

The Raiders actually hit some plays on us in 2002 and were mounting a bit of a comeback until Gruden dialed up Michael Pittman to play keepaway. '85 Bears had an unreal season, losing only to Dan Marino's Dolphins on a Monday night game I'll never forget. Oh, and in the Super Bowl da Bears held the Patriots to 123 TOTAL yards of offense...

Denver had 156 NET YARDS vs. Dallas in Super Bowl XII. '85 Bears were 2nd best giving up 123 total yards... Steelers are tops, holding the Vikings to 119 yards Super Bowl IXX.   http://www.nfl.com/superbowl/records/superbowls/team/netyards

Furthest the Giants offense got to was the Baltimore 42 yard line. Giants had 152 yards and 5 turnovers.

Callahan was so stupid he didn't even change their calls.  We knew what they were running before they did.  We had a great defense made even better by the morons on the other side of the field.

Dolphins in VII ... and they needed it.  Garo's goofy INT was the redskins only score, 14-7.
