Foster is very similar to D!ckerson except doesn't have that breakaway speed....very upright and seems to glide more than run.....doesn't waste steps.

AP's running style used to be 75% violence and 25% speed...now its 75% violence, 25% speed and 25% jukes....didn't believe it was possible for him to get better but he's proved everyone wrong....what a warrior!
