The Buccaneers have already lost receivers' coach P.J. Fleck and offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan could also be moving on. Reports have Sullivan set to interview for the Chicago Bears head coaching vacancy. Where do the Bucs turn in the event Sullivan leaves?

Greg Olson is a likely replacement if Sully leaves.

Ron Turner would be a solid replacement and keep some continuity.

The problem with success is it draws attention from competitors for their services. I'm quite sure Schiano has a plan.
McNulty may be our best option. Norv Turner would be interesting, but I'm not sure he's quite right for us. Same with Chan Gailey, who could end up back with the Cowboys in some capacity.
      Remember; fire fast, hire slow...

There's your answer right there.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

I'd be ok with Norv Turner, but my guess is that he'll want to be an HC.

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

Norv Turner won't be a HC in the NFL again... he will have to settle with being an OC. I think Pat Shurmer wouldn't be a bad option.

Norv or Chan Gailey should be the first calls made.

Wonder how the offense would flourish with Norv running and schematically altering it?

Not such a bad though should Sully sail.

Norv and make him a 5 year deal with no head coaching out... We need a long term coordinator!

You can block a guy from leaving, for everything BUT , a head coaching offer.
