Lets keep this going Myers.

The thing I'm most impressed with thus far is how he's driving the ball to the opposite field and right back up the middle.  That's a rare approach for a guy making his debut in the big leagues.
True, when your first HR is a grand-slam against CC goes to show you - think we got something special here.

Made another team pay for intentionally walking Longo.   Can't hurt the pitches Longoria sees going forward

That knuckler was dancing all over the place yesterday.  Sucked to watch nobody hit the ball hard, but it was understandable.  Just gotta tip your cap to **CENSORED**ey and move on.

With Detroit coming to town, the offense will need to recover quickly.

Jake McGee is brutal and this is great news:  http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/9434740/evan-longoria-tampa-bay-rays-leaves-foot-injury

Myers continues to be good news.  He's hit three HR's now, one down the the left field line, one to dead center field, and the other to straight-away RF.  Impressive.

And hopefully Price regains his old form when he starts in Houston.  If he and Helly pitch like they are supposed to, the second half will be interesting to watch.

I am watching Myers with great interest in finding out if he is what his start indicates.  If he is - well the trade will look like grand theft

His track record would say he is, but we'll see how pitchers adjust to him.  He's looked bad against a few righties that have worked sliders away especially after busting him inside.

That adjustment/education works both ways - if he can manage that ... sure is fun to have the anticipation and hope of seeing a young man become a star - he appears to have the potential.

And Longoria should be able to him with busted inside and slider out, he worked his way through it

Great game last night.

I get why Miggy would be pissed at the high and tight pitch from Rodney, but it was pretty clear the ball just got away from him.  Judging by Leyland's post-game comments, I wouldn't be shocked if they drill somebody today.

Zobrist the "lucky" winner, guess they figured he wouldn't charge.   We get the W

Solid game by the Rays, good outcome for the series.  Now to keep it up - Rays need a streak of wins...

Excellent performance from Moore and the bottom third of the order, going 9-for-15 with two dingers, six RBI's, and six runs scored.

No love for Ryan Roberts' 2 HR night, as his arse was sent to Durham when Price was activated.
