I don't think NFL scouts/coaches base their analysis solely on one game. Not saying Te'o is legit or will be a good/great pro (I thought he's been overrated all season), but I don't see this one game ruining his draft stock.

True but this one game shows a lot about the guy tho. Big game against top talent, and he is no where to be found.

It appears the entire team is nowhere to be found...and everyone has a bad game...he just chose to pick the worst game possible to have a bad game.

I compare all college MLBs to Patrick Willis and this guy isn't close so I never saw the reason for the hype.

Teo looked terrible. I think the post game handshake was the most solid contact he made with a Bama player.

I'd add that #17 for Norte dame might have played the worst game I've seen an S play.

One of the ESPN channels is showing the game again, and that "non-catch" by the Stud TE for ND was definitely the right call.

Replays show: he had the ball in 2 hands out-stretched, but foolishly started to tuck it in his left arm-- but right before he hit the ground quickly 'shuffled' it across his body into his right arm.

#80 better learn how to fall out of bounds!




P.S.: Did everyone see, late in the game, where the QB was wanting the Center to snap the ball to avoid a Delay of Game penalty-- but he didn't snap it--- and, after the flag, the QB got right in the Center's grill & started barking at the Center-- who then SHOVED THE QB who went flying about 3 ft.!!!!

If by next year, you mean 2014, then you're right. Unfortunately, there's no 4-team playoff next SEASON. 2013 is the last year of the current system.
