Bruce Carter is going to be a stud in that defense

Ratliff will too, I feel.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

Looks like Ware will have to put his hands on the ground; but its interesting i remember reading an article during the 05 draft Kiffin was banging the drum for Demarcus Ware

Gruden and Kiffin!   I bet 90% of Buc fans would become Cowboys fans.
Idiots like you probably would.

don't bash that. That's a best case scenario. I hope they do hire Gruden and Java becomes a Cowboys fan.

You would think that...but he's already a fan of every team in the league.

The player I would worry about the least in the conversion process, is DeMarcus Ware.

He will . He doesn't have the personnel to run Tampa 2 , and Garrett will be fired before he does.

Should be fun to see how Kiffin and Jerry Jones interact when things go bad.

It would be awesome if Kiffin coached the Cowboys D and they hired Gruden as HC.

Gruden is the reason Monte quit the NFL in the first place. He was fed up carrying those anemic offenses year after year.
I have never heard of this - surely you have links - because everyone who wrote an article that was available for reading that I came across said Kiffin wanted to help his kid build a coaching staff, and coach with Lane.  Can't wait for the insight.

He could probably link you to a few of his personal anti-gruden posts...but I doubt he comes up with much else.

That's what I'm thinking - and then nothing.

I think Garrett is out after next year no matter what. Speaks volumes that the guy can't even hire his own DC.

The defense gets a year of experience to learn the 4-3 scheme and Gruden will take over.

Kinda makes sense. Kiffin is one of the few DCs in the league, maybe the only, that is older than Jones. I don't imagine Kiifin taking any sh!t from Jones. I can already hear Kiffin saying "Now listen here son" when Jones starts butting in where he shouldn't.
