Carter was never the best receiver in the NFL during any of his seasons.

Carter was never the best receiver in the NFL during any of his seasons. I never thought he was special.Brown was a bit better than carter, but HOF? Not min my opinion.Strahan? He's borderline. I was never all that impressed by him either.
