So True.  Good post.   The current Bucs are a joke.   Last place in the NFC South 3 out of the last 4 years.   That is really embarrassing.  (and almost impossible, but they pulled it off)

A few good drafts and few good FA signings can change a franchise pretty quickly.

As long as they allow for some decent spending (decent being key here), all will be good. If they clam up the coffers as they did for a spell, then you have a reason as a fan to voice your displeasure. Otherwise, blame the staff.
