How does Garrett carry any weight with his team when he's clearly Jerry's puppet?

I don't see why anyone would want to coach there, including Gruden.  Jerry is a meddler.  He fancies himself quite the football man.

\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\"

The infamous super bowl surrender-er takes over PC duties....what a train wreck.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

Jerry Jones pissed me off the way he fired Tom Landry. He lucked out with Jimmy Johnson, but screwed it up ever since. Call it karma or whatever but the Cowboys are a doomed franchise. They need a complete overhaul from the top to the bottom. Nice stadium though.

Ah, this news brings a smile to my face.  Just one more tidbit to drive the Cowboy Nation crazy.  I love that you can talk endless $hit to a Cowboy fan, and as soon as they start to get mad, just bring up Jerry Jones, and any anger gets dumped right on him.  He may rule one of the most successful sports franchises in the world, but he is turning them into a bit of a laughing stock.  I'm much happier with the direction the Bucs are heading in right now.

Garrett has been neutered.

What a joke. WTF is Garrett going to do if he has no ability to call plays?

Garrett is a puzsy. Screw them Cowgirls. Get them glory holes!

Gruden to replace Callahan/Garrett...man this is getting rich.  I wonder if Jerry will sell the rights to Disney for the movie?
