Jdub, Where's Marquise Goodwin on that list?

I don't dislike him. He's just not one of my favorite 50 guys. He's explosive for sure, but a little too undersized for me personally.

The problem with Goodwin is that he really isn't that prolific of a WR. Yes, he is very very very fast and can certainly break it at any time....but he never really excelled as a good route runner or excellent pass catcher. Part of the reason, may very well be the dreadful state of QB position the last few years at Texas. Another factor that may have contributed to some of his limitations is the fact that he was a track guy and was not able to attend things like spring workout sessions.

Also, when looking at his KO/PR ability over his 4 years at Texas, he only averaged about 22 yards per KO return with just one TD...and he never returned a single punt.

I'm certainly not anti-Goodwin...but as of now, he is what he is. Proven speed, unproven WR.

Like Goodwin, he's explosive as all get out, but a little too small for me. I think he'll go pretty early and I just can't draft a guy that small that early.

Yeah I like Schwenke. He looked great at the senior bowl and I saw that Mayock had him as his #2 center.

Even though Jarvis Jones has been cleared by doctors,  a lot of teams are leery of him.  Jarvis himself is expecting a "Bowers" like slide in the draft.

I could see someone taking a flyer on him in the second or thereabouts.

I'm starting to re-think the draft and where "I" would focus if I was Mark D.  I would not reach for CB at all.  I wouldn't care if Millner is there.  That may sound crazy but he isn't IMO Patrick Peterson or even Clairborn. In this draft I will move down as often as I could because I see a lot of depth in the draft.  I would love to pick up depth on the o-line.  Each year we have had major problems with O-lineman staying healthy.  I would like a true C, and a starting RT.  I think if we have a good offseason during FA it will determine our draft.   I would go DT ( Melton, Bryant, and Hill), TE (Walker, Pitta, Cook),  S (Goldson or Quinn).  I don't want to over pay Bennett.  He is a starting LE not a specialist.  He deserves starting money not specialist. In the draft I like the LB from Rutgers and Georgia.  I do not think that we need to pickup or draft a RB. I think if we make the right moves and do not reach we could be right there.

Going from memory, but the low 4.5's.

There\'s a very real chance the Bucs waive [Revis] before next season. At the very least, it will be a discussion worth having.

4.52

Looked great in the positional drills. Very smooth. Great hands. Also, even though he's 5'10 he had 10 inch hands, which was 4th largest of all the receivers at the combine. Straight up mitts.

Goodwin is A guy you draft to get a guy who will catch 35 passes for 700 yards.  He's not a skilled WR. He's not a #1 now r likely ever. He's going to be Alvin Harper to someone's mike Irvin.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

JDub - what's your thoughts on Michael Mauti as a possible UDFA? Dude has a ton of talent, but has wrecked his knees pretty bad. High character, hard worker, bad knees. But has played well after having knee issues in the past.

HOOOOOOOO!!!!
