He is signed through 2013, and you can't re-do a rookie contract.  That came up recently with Russell Wilson.

They could extend him beyond 2013, sometime during the 2013 season.

It was just a shout to our three Bucs doing well at the pro bowl.

wasnt russel wilson's issue part of the new CBA?  i gotta think they could do an extension now if they wanted, but thats just assuming.

They can be renegotiated at anypoint after the players 3rd season, so Dom could rework Williams deal in the offseason.
Plus that rule only counted for the rookies that were signed after the new CBA was signed, Williams was drafted/signed before that

They could, but he would still be playing for the  $685,750 he is due in 2013 game checks.
