Horrible kick returner.  Not durable.  Can't digest a playbook (is he learning disabled?  Seriously...how freaking hard is it to get your part in the playbook down?  Nothing but dissapointed in regards to AB.
Yes. He actually does have a learning disability.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

I remember reports of him having a learning disability when he was drafted. Not sure if it was just a rumor or fact.

What is it that Benn has done which would create a swelling of this being his breakout year?

Has Benn now reached the Maurice Stovall stage of his career where every year is now his "break out" year?

Not sure if he has a learning disability but he did score a 11 on the Wonderlic.

AB is a guy I've always liked and a guy who is always injured. I said last year that he should be used as Percy Harvin does. Short screen passes, routes out of the backfield, an occasional run or two. Percy Harvin is not a true receiver, his route running is not good. AB's route running does not appear to be good.

I think he has a better shot at staying with the team as I do think Schiano sees some potential in him. His time is running out though. To many injuries and not enough field time.

AB is a guy that I yelled and screamed at my TV when we not only drafted him early, but moved up to do so.....and here we are going into year four of his career, and I still want to throw something at the TV. There were sooo many good players in the 2nd round of that draft. We had two picks and both turned out to be busts. I was on board for the Brian Price pick though, so I guess I can't say too much.

My money says he doesn't make it out of camp healthy.

it would be nice if the light came on for him this year. imo if benn is healthy then WR wouldn't be a pressing need when it comes to the draft (ie taking one in the first 4 rounds). they could sign someone like domenik hixon as a FA and let them duke it out for the slot/4th WR spot.

jackson
williams
hixon
benn
underwood
mid-to-late round pick
stroughter/owusu/douglas/parrish

doesn't look too bad, especially if benn plays like he's capable of
