Bucs pick up Revis (for a lot lesss than expected) and Banks in the offseason.
Pass defense drastically improves.
The Saints become the NFL laughingstock.
Freeman will look like the "elite" QB everyone was wanting.
Bucs win divisional title.
I doubt we trade for Revis and land Banks. I coud see us trading for Revis and drafting Trufant, Rhodes, Ryan or even the Honey Badger and Revis can be his mentor.

No excuses... No explanations...
Winning isnt everything; its the only thing.

Bucs draft a stud DE...who puts Newton, Brees, and Ryan on the IR.  Bucs win division by default.

If we can atleast get to middle of the pack with our pass defense/pass rush and Schiano doesn't cost us games 12-4 doesn't sound that crazy.

Bucs start out strong and go 6-2 first half of season. Talking heads are saying "Schiano = Coach of the yr"

Then in games 9-11 we lose 3 or 4 CRITICAL starters (like Freeman, VJ, a DL, Martin, etc.) to injury and go 3-5 the last half, just missing the playoffs. Talking heads are saying "another late season collapse, can Schiano keep his job?"

They trade for Tebow...and convert him to DE.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

Good point. Dudes a baller and can play any position, outside of QB and blocking for the punter.

This is the last year of Dominik's contract and this is a real prove-it season to keep his job. Something big will happen this summer through trades or free agency with the Bucs this summer.

We take Tyler Wilson in the 2nd round and he ends up finishing the season as starter.

Freeman makes the Probowl, along with at least 4 other Bucs.
We make the playoffs and beat someone once we get there.
Mike Sully leaves to take over as Giants head coach after Tommy C retires...

Well, it said "bold predictions thread" lol.

I could've said Milliner, but it said bold, not retarded.

Besides, the jets aren't getting two firsts for the guy. If they really think that, then maybe they should start their own bold predictions thread. Banks, in this scenario, could fall to 13 and the Revis first could be next years first, not this upcoming first. Highly improbable, but slightly possible.

The Jets will be awful, resulting in a Rex Ryan firing.

Thats one heck of a bold prediction.

Bucs get Sean Smith and Brent Grimes in FA,
Draft Tyler Eifert.
Freeman throws 30+ touchdown but completion percentage stays under 60%.
Martin rushes for 1700yds.
Freeman doesn't make pro bowl but bucs win division and beat Lions in Wildcard round before losing to Rams.
Bengals reach the Super Bowl
