sign grimes....i believe the jets will loose a lot of leverage at that point. they will see we are ready to move on. we do have wright still on the team. resign barber as well is possible. i believe then we can come back and give them the ultimatum. you have x amount of days to accept the compensation or we are walking and pulling the offer off the table. the jets will cave in

Would you rather Revis? -
Draft picks and salary.

Would you rather get Grimes or best FA cb?
Just salary.

Nobody is wrong. Just want opinions..

Sorry, I firmly believe anybody that does not agree with me is stupid and completely wrong. Therefore I will answer this question and put the discussion to rest.

lol. Nice one and thanks for the laugh.

Don't know when press conf is.

Anyone want to guess what we might pay Revis or Grimes?

It is a new day in TAMPA BAY!    GO BUCS!!

Revis $12m

Grimes $6m

Who knew how good it would feel as a fan when we now know what it\'s like for our team to have a direction, an attitude, and dare I say an offense?.

Good time to be a Bucs fan.

I like the signing of Grimes because I think he's going to come cheap and has good value if he comes back healthy. I'd go Grimes, Biggers, draft a rookie in round two and hit free agency when players start getting waived.

There\'s a very real chance the Bucs waive [Revis] before next season. At the very least, it will be a discussion worth having.

I think Grimes for $6m is unlikely. If he could command at or more than the other FA CBs got, he would have signed somewhere by now.

If the Bucs get Revis, they should sign Antoine Winfield, and draft Xavier Rhodes, or JJ. If not X, then maybe CB round 3...2...

Can't send a rookie out there opposite Revis Island. That's a disaster.

Claiborne did fine opposite of Brandon Carr. Janoris Jenkins did fine opposite of Cortland Finnegan. All rookies will have growing pains, but that doesn't prevent them from contributing as starters.

I think Trufant, Wells or Slay would do just fine with proper coaching.

NO.1 rush defense in the league last year dumb**CENSORED**. Samuel and mcclain are actually semi decent. Grimes is coming off an achilles tear and a rookie corner who the **CENSORED** knows what he's gonna do.  8)
