Actually IMHO the drafting of Simms and Mc80 led to Gruden's demise and got us where we are today. But that's a long story rehashed 1000 times here.

You could be right about Simms and Clayton.   The strangest thing was that Domink extended Clayton for big money, so maybe it wasn't Gruden who was in love with Clayton in the first place.   Maybe it was Dominik all along.

Don't need a Re-Do.  Was against drafting Freeman then, let alone trading up for him.    He was 2nd or 3rd round value, due to his inaccuracy and lack of leadership skills at K-State.   If he were in this year's draft, he would be rated right along with a half-dozen other prospects destined to be drafted in rounds 2-5.

Having said that, I still believe Coach Schiano and the rest of the team can lead Josh to the playoffs, in spite of his poor short to intermediate passing game.

Its going to look to some people like a different play every time we use it, but pretty soon theyll be able to recognize it....by watching the official for the first-down signal.   -Vincent T. Lombardi

"Would you draft Freeman, if you had a Re-Do?"

Absolutely, no doubt about it.
