Why?  You would watch the same animation over and over?

I just wished the gameplay would improve.  And by improve, I mean by a vast amount.  I grow weary of the little amenities they add.  I want them to secure a better overall product, better animations in game play.  They could use so many different animations...it would make the gameplay incredible.

Really? I liked Madden 13. Still play it couple times a week. Needs some tweaks, but overall they came a long way with the new physics engine and animations. Not to mention the AI upgrades. I think spending a bunch of time on this owner nonsense is a massive waste of time, but as long as they don't regress what they already has last year....I'll be happy.

I usually play Madden into the Summer, even going as crazy as updating ALL TEAMS rosters with their draft picks and free agency signings. I don't think I've touched Madden 13 since November. Wish I would have stuck with Madden 12, but I typically trade in one game for the next years game.

they honestly have some thing where you can change prices of food? lol

Yeah. If you watch the video linked in the OP it explains some of it. It's not new. They had it back in the day...maybe 6 years ago. All it is, is franchise mode. You still sign and resign players, conduct trades, scout and draft, hire and fire coaches, ect. The only difference is you control stupid sh!t like concession pricing, parking, ticket prices, stadium upgrades and naming rights, ect.....and you have to keep a balanced budget. Has nothing to do with football and 95% of the people who play Madden won't ever play it. Seems like a pretty big waste of resources that could have gone towards something that actually made the game better.....but it's EA so it's par for the coarse.

Draft Aaron Donald

Since 2k sports stopped making NFL and NCAA games, both EA products have gone to crap. It's amazing in the open market how 2k sports has absolutely annihilated EA. I can't wait until that contract ends.

Its probably never going to end. NFL is happy with what EA is doing.

Thus, a crappy product. Seriously, for a next gen console, that game could be so much better if EA wasn't content with feeding the braying masses their crappy rehash. It's a shame that they stopped caring.

I miss the mini games in franchise mode you could do for every position back on ps2/xbox. Those were fun. Even punter & kicker ones

Go Bucs

Yeah, it was almost like practice for the real thing.

Madden has really nosedived, and considering the power if today's processors, it is a shame the games aren't resplendent of that.

There are some 2k games i really liked.  2k's basketball is great. I use to play college hoops until they stopped making it. loved that also. Still have the last version for my ps3   2005 i think
