The alternative is that you actually believe stricter gun laws would do anything at all. Yes, you're in a lose lose situation, lacking a spine frequently leads to that.

This thread is hilarious. You create a fiction, argue against the fiction, tell others they believe the fiction even when they say they do not, continue to argue against the fiction anyway . . . all while calling others crazy cowards for not accepting your fiction.

you're a great representative for the pro-gun point of view.  you have my vote that's for sure. don't go changing . .

What fiction have I created? The FACT is, you believe stricter gun laws will solve something. You literally believe that criminals, people who couldn't care less about the law, will somehow be hampered by new ones. How do you not see how that makes you sound like a lunatic? As a "lawyer", how do you not see that only innocent law abiding citizens will suffer from these laws? Please tell me you cannot be this stupid.

Banning a manufactured object will not have the same results as banning something that can be grown, or made in someone's basement or backyard.

You ever watch Alaska State Troopers? There are entire towns in parts of Alaska that have outlawed alcohol because so many people do nothing but drink all day and cause trouble. What do you think the troopers are constantly fighting against? That's right, people smuggling alcohol into these towns, selling it for huge profits. These drunks aren't brewing their own alcohol at home, they're purchasing it from people who couldn't care less about the laws. Again I ask, why would gun laws turn out any differently? There will always be people looking to buy and sell weapons, that will never change.

And he wasn't just "planning" to do it, he did it.

14 people were injured in that attack.   NOBODY died.   I will take on a guy with a knife any day over a guy with a gun.

LOL at this argument :  If you cant stop ALL killing then there should be NO restriction on guns . . .  . . ugh. . . . with that kind of thought process its no wonder we allow UNFETTERED ACCESS to guns at a cost of 30,000 plus lives PER YEAR.

Fear takes a funny toll on some . . .

Btw, if anyone wants to buy an AK-47 with 500 rounds, its right here. No background check required, no age restriction, no license necessary . . . . nothing

Dont like an Ak-47?  Here's an AR-15 with 300 rounds, again no background check, no age restriction, no license, nada, zip, zilch

Are you going to take on a bomb hidden in a garbage can? I guess if you're Neo.
