...and a couple minutes later Sports Illustrated and the Boston Globe reporting he is likely to be arrested.

but they both suggest that it may not be for murder, it may be for something like obstruction. Who knows though at this point?

I do think he would turn himself in, he has counsel and highly-respected counsel at that, so I doubt there would not be an OJ-like chase, as mentioned in another post

Arresting him for obstruction is just a way to get him in jail so he can't flee if he wanted to. They will at that point get all the details and facts together to charge him with murder if possible.

ABC News reports that Aaron Hernandez destroyed his home security system and cell phone.
Police are back at Hernandez's home Thursday with a warrant based on evidence that he destroyed the home security system, which included video surveillance, intentionally. Hernandez also handed over his cell phone to investigators, and it was "in pieces." Additionally, authorities want to know why a house-cleaning team was hired to "scrub" the 23-year-old's mansion on Monday. One police official says Hernandez isn't a suspect, but he "has not been ruled out" and is "definitely not in the clear." The tight end sure isn't painting a pretty picture by destroying what could be evidence.

Tebow could have stopped this from happening if they would have just signed him sooner.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

It's clear something happened but I really want to know is who the hell was the brains of this operation? It seems like the only thing that is missing from this is a Facebook post and YouTube video.

May not have been a planned killing. Maybe got into an argument in the car and Hernandez pulled out a gun.

Like the guy in Florida is now claiming happened to him.

ABC news reporting "execution style" murder. I guess that's why you text someone in a state of panic to come sanitize a crime scene. Ooops! Forgot the home video was rolling.
It looks like accessory to murder and obstruction of justice at the very least.
Actually, it may be part of the cops strategy to float a story but not to arrest him... yet.  Let the media frenzy dial up the pressure and make him go OJ.
It's not like he's going to get anywhere far.
