I have witched about this for a long time, and often enough to annoy friends who are bucs fans.  It is amazing isn't it.  My focus has been on the building of Tampa Stadiums..

The Glazers made Tampa an offer that was turned down and then negotiated a deal at arms length with Tampa's government . . . that was then approved by the voters . . .  Fleecing?  Taxpayers fleeced themselves . . .  and I don't know, but didnt any of the politicians that negotiated the RJS deal pay for it in later elections?  My guess would be "no," but I could be wrong.
