If Butch Davis doesn't try to get him since he's available, then I wouldn't sweat it if he's not a Buc.

He was top 3 prospect coming out of highschool and a top 10 prospect in the draft. He got suspended for his senior year along with a bunch of other guys at NC so his stock fell little. Plus he skipped his wonderlic test and supposedly was horrible in interviews. The Giants took him in the 2nd round but he was on IR his rookie season with a torn pectoral. Last year he was hardly used and recorded just 5 tackles.

The guy has a metric sh!t ton of talent and potential....but the Giants know what they are doing when it comes to 4-3 d-linemen. Could argue they have been the best in the biz over the last decade. If they have given up on him after using a 2nd round pick just 2 years ago, and nobody was willing to trade for him....he is most likely garbage.

I liked him coming out,  had some issues like a lot of NC players...

That said, if we didn't pick up Chris Jones - I would have expected him to be a Buc.

Now, not so much.

Who knew how good it would feel as a fan when we now know what it\'s like for our team to have a direction, an attitude, and dare I say an offense?.

Good time to be a Bucs fan.

Not even close to a Schiano Man.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

It is "wow" worthy because it is rare for the Giants.

FRG - you might be on to something. Giants last 5 drafts have been pretty poor

Second round has been tough on them too - Sintim and Sinorice Moss were also second rounders. That's not including the injury-prone Terrell Thomas.

Didn't they take Jerrell Jernigan pretty high too?
