The fine potentially sets up a scenario under which Tampa Bay can suspend Freeman without pay. That would allow the team to attempt to trade the fifth-year QB while not paying a portion of his salary.

That wil go over well with any potential FAs who might want to come here next year. And if somehow, Schiano  is still here, you can forget about those FAs. Who would want to come to this mess? Glazers better wake up and fix this now. I'm probably overreacting but it's a little annoying seeing our favorite team
in the news every day with this garbage.
Any FA coming here needs to know that you can't skip meetings - pretty straight forward.

Let the games continue

Josh is trying to force their hand in being cut and get his 6.5 mill and go be free.

Org is making life difficult for Josh, hoping he screws up and compromises his guaranteed pay.

This should go well.
Agree - nothing has gone well including the on the field play.  Should be easy after the "players" are off to new pastures...

What Josh is about to learn is that NFL owners have infinitely more resources to screw him over when he thinks he's getting over. He's getting horrid advice from his camp and it shows. Consider this; if the Bucs wait until October 31st to cut him, that leaves less than half a season for a team to bring him in, give him the basics of a playboork and scheme plus learn the receivers, etc. Since Josh is SLOW at picking up any offense, has trouble reading defenses, has never shown the ability to throw ANY timing routes, etc., he will not have throw a football in a game situation until the presason of next year for whomever. this means that for the next 4 weeks Josh becomes non-existent to the NFL world and forgotten by the Bucs because they have bigger issues to deal with. The amazing thing is that his camp thinks he has trade value but what they forget is that their is not only a medical file these teams see, but a security file.

If anyone thinks that players who go out and party A LOT are not eventually followed by a team's security detail or hired PI to watch them, they are kidding themselves. The truth won't come out if Free's camp starts to straighten up. But if they keep up their nonsense, watch out for the next breaking story because I'm sure there is something interesting we don't know about.

Not sure if you know but the NFL doesn't release information about players in the drug program unless they test positive for street drugs and are one strike away from suspension. That is the fact.
