Another great game by Bishop, he has allowed two or less goals in all five starts now. He's not going to maintain this pace for the entire season but with our offense he doesn't have to, if he can stay under 2.5 goals against it will be a very good year for the Lightning.

Nice way to bounce back after the loss to the Bruins last Saturday. 2 wins vs the defending Stanley Cup champs I would never have predicted. They aren't quite there yet but they are playing great. A lot of fun to watch.

Here comes the Lightning collapse.

Sucks what happened to Stamkos.

The season that could have been.

Awesome game tonight! Great presentation for MSL26! Kucherov with his first goal on his first shot of his first shift in his first game! Kid is a natural goal scorer and we need that now that Stamkos is out for a while. He was at the presentation for Marty and was walking without crutches. Dude could be back this season! Get well Stamkos this team needs you!

Nobody cares about the up and coming team we have? This team has the talent to compete for years and years to come. Well anyways great season so far despite losing Stammer the hammer!

Clinched playoff berth tonight with win vs likely first round opponent Montreal.

Marty has 3 points since he joined the Rangers and Callahan has been a stud since he came here. It sucks the way it ended with Marty but that was a steal of a trade. If we resign Callahan which I think happens then we just swap second round picks instead of getting an extra second but if they make the conference final we get an additional first rounder in this years draft. We already get their first rounder in next years draft which is supposed to be one of the best drafts in years. And Marty is 38 years old. He's done. Callahan is 27 and going into his prime and was the captain of the NY Rangers. It's win win with what happens with Callahan.

But for now it's great time to be a bolts fan. I didn't give them a chance to be in the playoffs this year. They are young, fast, and have awesome goaltending. They can go far if they play smart. Which is asking a lot for a young team but it's been done before. Cooper is a great coach and to have this young team in this position is nothing shirt of spectacular. Look for him to be in the mix for coach of the year and Yzerman for GM of the year. They both deserve it.

Wonder what the message is - I believe he is sitting....

It will be interesting in how the team handles this - they still have a lot tied up in him...

Would you guys rather be playing Montreal in the new playoff format or Philadelphia in the old playoff format?
