I'd just want him as overseeing.

Still, he's at least someone the players would listen to, and he's not schiano. He has my vote.

Naismith was right about Revis. Everyone else is a dummy.

Sucked at drafting. Mo Collins, Jon Ritchie, Gennaro DiNapoli, Stinchcomb, Dameane Douglas, Jerry Porter, Janikowski (A kicker in R1? Reeks of Al Davis and insanity in general), Tuiasosopo, Stephens, Walker, Simms, Clayton, Alex Smith, Cadillac, Colmer, Davin (Okay I guess. Not R1 worthy), Trueblood, Stovall, Sears (Can't blame him on mental meltdown), Dexter Jackson, Zuttah (Okayish.),

Look at that crop. That's who will be making up your offense.

Bucs should be shooting for something better than just "Well, at least he is not Schiano" in their next coach.

I want a coach that can develop a young QB and has an exciting innovative offense.

Me too. But they're asking about gruden, and I think he's better than most avalible right now.

Who is your suggestion? If you say roman, I'm down with that as well.

I would say Roman or Bevell.

Bevell might be a great choice as well. Provided he gets manziel or mariota. They seem like his type of QB's.

I think roman could work around any QB better though.

"Guden"? Is that a colloquialism for 'good one'?

I'm good on Jon, but I would strongly consider Jay Gruden!

A lot closer to even between the "YES" votes and the "NO" plus "Unsure" than I would have thought.

Voted No.

I like Gruden but he made some bone-headed decisions:
-   Turned Alstott into a nobody.
-   Rarely had Galloway and A. Bryant on the field at the same time.
-   Had a below .500 record post superbowl.
-   It appeared the only position he cared about on offense was the QB.
