Michael Vick | Quarterback

Team:                Philadelphia Eagles

Age / DOB:          (33) / 6/26/1980

Ht / Wt:                    6'0' / 215

College:                Virginia Tech

An NFL personnel executive confirmed to NFL.com that Michael Vick is "undoubtedly" the best quarterback on the free-agent market and will land a starting job this offseason.

"There are too many teams in need of an upgrade for him not to be looked at as a starter," the NFL executive said. "Vick could be a very good bridge starter for two to three years."

Vick has reportedly drawn interest from the Jets and Bucs this offseason, while the Vikings, Texans, Raiders, and Jaguars are all in the market for a starting quarterback.

He isn't more than a mid-tier starter at this point, but showed he was capable of leading a team when on the field for the Eagles in 2013. Despite entering his age 34 season, Vick should command a multi-year deal this offseason.

Don't believe that hype. Vick was terrible last year. He was 2-4 as a starter and Foles went 8-2 with the same team.

Vick has lost a step and his ceiling was a injury prone scrambler. Don't waste your time and money on this guy. Just watch his 2013 play. He was bad.

I agree. I just don't like Vick and even if Tony Dungy vouches for him, I don't want to see Vick in Tampa. A Vick led Tampa offense will be very hard to cheer for. Mr. Smith, please find someone else - anyone else.

Really depends on what Tedford's NFL offense is going to be like . His playbook includes a little of everything so it's hard to predict. Vick can be a nice fit in the right system when healthy.

I do like the fact that he's a lefty so Dotson would be protecting his blindside - our best lineman.

There are worse moves we could make. ( See Derek Carr )

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

Good thing they got Glennon!  ...and for only a 3rd round pick...

We will be Carolina ready when we are Carolina ready.

Vick has been a turnover machine the past 3 years. He just doesn't have it anymore.

If vick is 2_4, that means, on average (through a whole season), he's better than glennon.

Just saying.

Naismith was right about Revis. Everyone else is a dummy.

"An NFL personnel executive" means Michael Vick's agent.

You do realize Glennon's rookie year is over, right?

Yo, the article didn't mention how Vick still holds the nfl record for most dogs killed in a season. Ugh. Bucs betta pass on this dude.
