Screw a 3rd...you guys think too small.  Moving from 10 to 7 should cost a 2nd.  Ill take 2s over 3s any day of the week.

Every time I see last post JC5100, I have to click on it.... Pure comedy.

Give it up.

I'd give them a swap of the picks. As many have said, want a third. Maybe a sixth as well.

Not getting more than a 3rd for moving from 7 to 10. They would probably offer a 4th and we could demand a thier 3rd. That's it.

Then they aren't getting the deal.

My pick, my rules.

I don't know. Last year Miami traded from #12 to #3 and all that cost was a 2nd. When Dallas traded up in 2012, they went from #14 to #6 and all that cost was a 2nd. Detroit is only looking to go from #10 to #7.

Also recall that when the Bucs traded down in 2012, they went from #5 to #7 for only a 4th.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

They have home rated high enough then they will pay.

Otherwise, kiss the ring, b356h!

Just not a fan of Watkins at no.7.
Really?  You should have said something.

(Seriously though, I don't have any huge issues with the idea of trading down with the Lions.)

I like Watkins and think he'll be good. I just don't think he is the sure fire Julio Jones type player that he is being hyped as. This WR class is so deep. I think spending a 2nd or 3rd or even a 4th on a WR or two is much smarter in this draft than using a top 10 pick on one.

I think you could probably acquire a 3rd and a 6th. I'd look at teams other than the Lions though. I think the Jets will be the ones who are willing to give up the most. They need a WR in the worst way, and at 18, they may be picking with Watkins, Evans, and Lee already off the board. At least.

You could probably get their second, one of their thirds, and a 6th or 7th rounder from them.

I would take the Lions' 3rd to swap 1sts.  Only dropping 3 spots we will still get a good player and their 3rd is a pretty high one.  We would still get a player like Donald, Evans, Amarro, or Barr.

Definitely on board with getting more picks. A 2nd may be pushing it but I'd settle for a 3rd, sucks we don't have one in this draft!

If they want him so bad...I'd demand a 2nd round pick...but I'd settle for a 3rd. Depends on who's available too. You don't drop down if your guy is there...but if we have a couple players that we really like and you know one will be there at 10...do it. I have a feeling Watkins could go before us though.

Whoa...shiver me ****in timbers!

It depends on who is left on the board really...

If Bridgewater, Robinson, Matthews, Bortles and Clowney are all gone...   it's going to take a 2nd and a 4th.

I like Watkins alot...   and he fits some key needs for us (and is a top ten pick.)

Who knew how good it would feel as a fan when we now know what it\'s like for our team to have a direction, an attitude, and dare I say an offense?.

Good time to be a Bucs fan.

I don't think Watkins will be there at 7 anyway but if he was? Yes I would. To get a 3rd rounder back especially.

Go Bucs

I would rather draft Sammy Watkins than see the Lions get him.
