Oakland picks CJ
Detroit takes Quinn
Cleveland takes Joe Thomas

Some of the mocks are predicting this... Also many are starting to think Arizona is going to jump up into the top 3 in order to assure they get JT because they are desperate for a tackle that can start now.

We are screwed in that scenario. We are stuck with Russell, Peterson, Branch, or Adams and we wont get many blockbuster offers for those.

Then we take Adams, the best pass rusher in the draft.  I have no problem with that.

Trade down or take Laron Landry at #4 overall

I'm not sure how "awful" that really is. Russell is highly regarded QB and Adams is an elite pass rusher. I like both of them more than anyone's Madden-crush on Calvin.

Plus, if you want to trade Peterson is surely gonna generate some interest.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

We'd take Russell. Or at least I would.

I don't know but russell may generate some buzz if he drops that far with the workout he just had and that killer arm, but to who i don't know.  The rest i don't think anyone would trade up for since rb's seem to be losing value and they know we won't take him and branch is losing value b/c of his pro-day and work ethic.  We would be drafting a defensive player in that situation i would hope.

I think Cleveland would take Russell over Thomas.  So this might be the perfect situation to drop Thomas to #4.

If that happens, trade down.   I wouldn't want Russell.   Gaines Adams doesn't appear to be better than a few other d linemen coming out.   Trading down would provide the best value.

The best thing that could happen would be a team take Calvin Johnson before the Bucs are on the clock.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

If we can find a trade partner. I want Thomas or a trade down.

All 3 teams need a franchise QB. We'll have JT or CJ.

Yes without question. If Russell is there at #3 the Browns will be dying to take him.
