Top 10 pick? Well let's see, he was a pretty prospect than Aombi Okoye is right now. I don't think anyone doutbs that unless you are really high on the "19 year old" part of Okoye's game. Okoye is projected in the 8-13 range so Thomas in the top 10 isn't some wild a$$ guess.

Exactly all the pundits when he was booted from UF said he ruined a legit shot at going in the top 10 of this years draft.
It appears someone else heard what I heard and paid attention.

R1, R2 -- gotta contribute or it's a bad pick
R3-R5 -- good teams get good here
R6, R7 -- flyers who aren't expected to make the team anyway.

The Bucs don't have a R6 pick, so if it's not in R7 I think they pass.

This is a huge red flag. I'd take him off the mock draft now unless he is in the 6th round or later.
