It's a damn shame we don't have the death penalty in Michigan:

TAYLOR, Mich. (AP) - A 33-year-old woman was jailed on a 1 million bond and her five children were in protective custody after she was charged with offering to let an undercover investigator take pornographic photos of one of the children and have sex with the 7-year-old.

The woman, from the Detroit suburb of Taylor, was arrested Friday night after bringing the girl to a hotel in Romulus, near Detroit Metropolitan Airport, where she had agreed to meet the investigator, the Wayne County Sheriff's Department said.

I suspect she is probably a tweeker or crackhead.  We need a license to drive a piece of metal with 4 tires yet people can reproduce at will.  Just another case of reproductive irresponsibility.  I'd venture to say at least 25 percent (and that's being conservative to say the least) of people having children are not financially and emotionally stable enough to take care of themselves no less reproduce.
