Sad day.  He is one of my all-time favorites.  Slaughterhouse-Five was one of the most brilliant anti-war books in American Literature.

I was shocked at this, I really enjoyed Slaughterhouse-Five, I just finished it a few weeks ago and thought it was excellent. I also read Harrison Bergeron which is a nice short story.

yeah but the best was when he wrote a paper on himself in rodney dangerfield's "Back to School" and you see dangerfield saying "F me? F you Vonnegut!"
