18.

Although each place probably has their own rules.

Legally though you can bartend at 18.

Most places will let you serve or barback at 18, but they'll want you to be 21 to bartend.  It ain't law, but realistically, if you can't drink, how will you know what the best drinks are?  The best bartenders drink like fish...

It can be great money.  Want a tip?  Bartending Academy can help a lot, and offer job placement.  Some now even teach flair.

Do they require at least 15 pieces of flair or can I choose to wear less?

what's flair?  Is it like those little buttons the staff at certain chain establishments wear on their uniforms with sayings like "we're not in Kansas anymore"?

Flair= spinning bottles and such.  Remember the movie **CENSORED**tail? (gods, now I'm dating myself).  That's flair.

I knew the flair reference, was trying to be funny. Maybe it worked?

I can tie a cherry stem in a knot with my tongue. Does that count as flair?
The chics dig it :)

Skull and bones appeared not to know the term, hense the explanition...anyway, flair can really increase your tip count, and it aint that hard to master.

Enjoy.\"-12/8 \"Prepare for your ban .\" -12/9 \"Miyagi gonna be banned.\"-12/9 \"Best bet I ever made ...\"-12/9 \"Miyagi mad , gettin banned.\"-12/9\"You mIght need a break from the board. Our bet should help you do just that.\"-12/10 11:38 AM
 \"The bet is off now.\"12/10 1:24 PM
