Although each place probably has their own rules.

Legally though you can bartend at 18.

Most places will let you serve or barback at 18, but they'll want you to be 21 to bartend.  It ain't law, but realistically, if you can't drink, how will you know what the best drinks are?  The best bartenders drink like fish...

It can be great money.  Want a tip?  Bartending Academy can help a lot, and offer job placement.  Some now even teach flair.

Skull and bones appeared not to know the term, hense the explanition...anyway, flair can really increase your tip count, and it aint that hard to master.
