no....but is Booger really that meaningful ....at all? Honestly did you miss him?

We already have cap room next year, we traded away an under-achieving player and got a good pick.

The guy sucked here. Plain and simple.  He never lived up to his draft status and quite frankly has been out performed by several lesser known guys. 

So HE[double hocky sticks] YES it was needed.

so far the answer is yes.  He has more tackles than Booger already and more sacks.  So he appears to be filling the spot better than Booger did.  Do we need to address this spot in the draft?  I think yes and maybe even rd1 or 2.

Never know for sure, but looks like he's from Canada and out of our viewing area and appears to have just signed up.  Looks like he came to the right place vs the offical board.

It isn't/wasn't a matter of CAP room....it was a matter of overpaying a guy that was not performing up to even 30% of what he was making.

Wyms is better than McF, plain and simple. The Bucs D didn't miss a beat when Wyms took over for McF in 2002, and he recorded 5.5 sacks, something we hoped we'd get from Booger.

I've seen all the games on NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Network but i wasn't sure why the trade was needed.  Now I know.

 IMO, our interior run defense stunk, and we were paying Booger a bunch.

Booger has none.

Wyms has more takedowns, and isn't hurting the run defense at all.  Why?  Because the Bucs are dead last in run defense anyway.  The Bucs will be looking for another tackle next year, I think.
