I am actually on record saying we would draft him in the 2nd but I really blew it on my first round projection.

Good call, S&B. I had assumed Sears was going near the end of round one, so once round two started I didn't even realize he was still on the board. Very versatile, very intelligent, very committed player.

I predicted we would trade down in the first and take Branch and Sears would be one of our 3 2nd rounders.
