Don't you think Coyer knows a lot about him from plaing against him twice a year?

Suspect that Coyer was heavily involved in the decision.

I don't think either would be eligible.......you have to have been worth a $#@% in the past to be a "comeback" player.

I agree mjs- sounds like another hovan project and if nothing else atleast it provides some experience behind hovan and carter.

We should sign Gene Simmons.  Turbo would be loving it.   Although I haven't seen Turbo around lately.

Sims is awful, he wasn't even starting for them by the end of last year if he ever did. I guess 5 sacks in 5 years wasn't what they had in mind.

Last year he had 7 tackles in 16 games.

i am sure they have it set so if he doesnt produce it wont cost them anything. Did Kansas City take a tackle in the draft?

Sims is a nice pickup.  Anything is necessary to improve the DT position.  I am pleased with the way things are working out. 


The Bucs are still reloading baby!
